From 27 to 29 March 2024 the External Expert Commission (EEC) of the Eurasian Center for Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Education and Healthcare (ECAQA) visited «Astana Medical University»
The purpose of the visit of ЕEC was to conduct institutional accreditation, as well as international accreditation for two bachelor's degree programs 6B10104 Pharmacy, 6B10109 Public Health / 6B10119 Public Healthcare and two Master degree programs 7M10102 Medicine, 7M10124 Global Health.
The Chairman of the External Expert Commission was Candidate of Medical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Pediatric Diseases of the NpJSC "Karaganda Medical University", Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, winner of the V.G. Leibniz medal (2012), M. Pettenkofer (2014) of the European Scientific Society, Accredited independent expert on the assessment of the quality of medical services Kuzgibekova Alma Bolatovna.
Candidate of Medical Sciences, senior lecturer, expert auditor of the voluntary certification system of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "National Institute of Quality" of Roszdravnadzor, member of the Scientific and Technical Council of the All-Russian Quality Organization and LLC RIA Standards and Quality, member of the Expert Council of the journal "Quality Management in Medicine" Oleg Kulikov Villevich was represented in the commission as a foreign expert.
As part of the group of national experts, national academic experts participated in the accreditation: PhD, Advisor to the rector of LLP Kazakhstan Medical University "HSE", doctor of the highest category in the specialty "Dermatovenerology" Brimzhanova Marzhan Dikhanovna, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of "Public Health and Healthcare" NpJSC "West Kazakhstan Medical University named after Marat Ospanov" Ermukhanova Lyudmila Sergeevna, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Public Health of the NpJSC "Semey Medical University" Khismetova Zaituna Abdulkasimovna, Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Acting Professor of the Department of Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry, Pharmacognosy and Botany of the NpJSC "Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarova" Boshkayeva Asyl Kenesovna, expert representative of practical healthcare, Candidate of Medical Sciences, DBA, Head of the laboratory of the National Center for Expertise of Medicines, Medical Devices and Medical Equipment of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhanturiev Bolat Meirbekovich, as well as representatives of the students of L.N. Gumilev Eurasian University, the NpJSC "Karaganda Medical University".
Within three days, the Expert Commission assessed the activities of our organization for the high-quality provision of educational programs in accordance with the declared status, met with the teaching staff, students, graduates and employers of educational programs, visited practical classes, a simulation center and clinical bases of the NpJSC "AMU" (Multidisciplinary city Children's Hospital № 2 - Department of Pediatric Anesthesiology, Intensive Care and emergency medical services, Maltabarova Nurila Amangalievna, Multidisciplinary city Hospital № 1 - Department of Surgical Diseases with courses of Angiosurgery and Plastic Surgery, Omarbekov Ardak Zharylkasynovich, Multidisciplinary city Hospital № 3 - Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 1, Khamidullina Zaituna Gadilovna, Multidisciplinary city Hospital № 2 - Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2, Iskakov Serik Sayatovich, Multidisciplinary city Children's Hospital № 1 - Department of Pediatric Diseases with a course of Allergology, Immunology, Hematology and endocrinology, Morenlo Marina Alekseevna)
