At the Department of Microbiology and Virology named after Sh.I. Sarbasova, together with the school "Medicine", two cycles of the summer school were planned for the 2023-2024 academic year:

1. "Higher School of Science: an intensive course in writing scientific papers". From 24-28.06.2024, doctoral student G.K. Kozhakhmetova took part in this course. For 5 days, the doctoral student was worked with by the faculty of the department - head of the department, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Dusmagambetov M.U., candidate of medical sciences, professor Baiduissenova A.U., PhD, associate professor-researcher Utegenova A.M., senior lecturer Bekniyazova G.A., lecturer Yktiyarov A.A.

2. "Intensive course on the development of clinical thinking" (24-28.06.2024). Isatai I.A. – 7th year intern at the School of Medicine studied within the framework of this course. The tutors were Yktiyarov A.A., Baiduissenova A.U., Rakhmetova N.B., Utegenova A.M., Bekniyazova G.A.

As a result of both courses of the summer school, the students received comprehensive knowledge, expanded their professional horizons and acquired practical skills necessary for successful work in the medical field.
