From July 1 to July 19, 2024, 5th-year students of the specialty "Pediatrics" from Grodno State Medical University successfully completed their clinical internship in pediatrics at the Department of Pediatric Diseases with courses in Cardiorheumatology and Gastroenterology at Astana Medical University as part of the academic mobility program.

Three students participated in the program, including Daniil Vladimirovich Mironov, Ekaterina Stanislavovna Ruksha, and Elizaveta Dmitrievna Dobrovolskaya, who successfully completed a 152-hour internship. The students had a unique opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice by working with patients under the guidance of experienced specialists. The internship included diagnosing and treating various pediatric diseases, participating in clinical research, and mastering modern methods of pediatric care.

As part of the exchange of experience, the students were given the opportunity to visit the Museum of Astana Medical University, where they learned about the history of the university, the scientific achievements of its faculty and students, as well as its extensive international activities and contacts with medical universities from near and far abroad. They also visited the University's Simulation Center.

We believe that the knowledge and experience gained will become an important foundation for the students' future achievements and help them become highly qualified specialists in the field of pediatrics.
