On July 22, 2024, the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan issued a Certificate of accreditation of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities. This certificate was obtained based on the results of the evaluation of the university's research activities over the past 5 years and provides a further opportunity to participate in competitions of scientific, scientific and technical projects and programs of grant and program-targeted financing, projects for the commercialization of the results of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities from JSC «Science Foundation».

During the accreditation, the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan was provided with Information about employees engaged in scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities, about the availability of an international and national-level laboratory with appropriate equipment for conducting research, and information about professional development. In addition, information was provided on the total amount of funding for research and development and the implementation of scientific, scientific and technical projects and programs, on intellectual property objects, and on published scientific works over the past 5 years. As a result of a comprehensive analysis, Astana Medical University was recognized as meeting all requirements and received the right to work as a subject of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities for 5 years.

It is worth noting that the consideration of the package of documents took only two working days, which was due to the completeness of the evidentiary documents on the conduct of research at our university.
