Professor, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Medical Law and Ethics of the NAO Astana Medical University Tlembayeva Zhanna Urumbasarovna conducted practical classes for 5th year students of the specialty "General Medicine" of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfediyarov in period of 15 to 28 of November, 2024 in order to implement of academic mobility of teachers on the basis of the cooperation memorandum 

Also, she conducted practical classes on the following topics: "Subjects of medical law", "Labor rights of medical and pharmaceutical workers", "Civil liability of medical workers for harming a patient", "Administrative liability of medical organizations, medical and pharmaceutical workers", "Criminal liability medical workers: types and measures of offences" of the course "Medical law" during her visit. The use of case technology in practical classes was allowed students to develop their skills of giving a legal assessment in cases of improper medical care, other professional and official offenses of medical staff.

In addition, lectures on the following topics: "Medical law in the system of social regulation of medical activity", "Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of healthcare were held by Tlembayeva Zh.U. And her lectures generated a lot of interest among the students, which contributed to a lively discussion.

Moreover, opportunities for further cooperation, joint research projects, exchange of experience and knowledge, organization of joint events were discussed with teachers of the Department of Medical Law of KazNMU, which is headed by the head of the department PhD Bogatyreva Lidiya Bashirovna.

The academic mobility program allows universities to expand interregional relations, share experiences with university teachers and develop teachers’ professional competencies.
