Purpose of the Training: To develop participants’ ability to evaluate themselves adequately and cultivate conscious and positive self-attitudes.
Objectives:
• To provide an understanding of the factors influencing self-attitude.
• To recognize the impact of others on self-perception.
• To motivate the development of self-attitude based on internal values, beliefs, and perspectives.
Training Overview: The training consisted of a series of exercises, each aimed at a specific aspect of self-awareness and self-attitude development.
1. Exercise: “Greeting”
Objective: To create a positive emotional atmosphere.
Method: Participants greeted each other in a circle, expressing kind words and compliments.
2. Exercise: “The Personality Pie”
Objective: To form an understanding of the multifaceted nature of personality.
Method: Participants created a drawing reflecting different aspects of their personality and discussed the role of the “inner eye” as a symbol of self-awareness.
3. Exercise: “Self-Exploration”
Objective: To become aware of the factors influencing self-attitude.
Method: Participants created a diagram of two circles representing their inner world and the influence of the external environment.
4. Exercise: “Opinions”
Objective: To recognize the influence of others on self-perception.
Method: Participants expressed metaphorical characteristics about each other, highlighting positive qualities.
5. Exercise: “Island”
Objective: To relieve psycho-emotional tension.
Method: Participants engaged in a group warm-up game to strengthen team cohesion.
6. Exercise: “During the Session…”
Objective: To gather feedback from participants.
Method: Participants shared their feelings and impressions of the training.
Additional Technique: “The Hand of Success”
Objective: To recognize personal strengths and boost self-esteem.
Method: Participants outlined their hand on a piece of paper, writing positive qualities on each finger and decorating the drawing with symbolic elements.
All exercises were performed with enthusiasm, and the discussions generated lively responses. Participants noted that the training was useful and helped them better understand themselves, their strengths, and areas for growth. Special attention was paid to understanding the influence of others on self-esteem and the importance of developing an internal value system.
At the end of the session, participants expressed gratitude for the training and shared their desire to take part in similar sessions in the future.
