Conference Objective: the conference aims to unite the efforts of primary health care professionals, the scientific community, and academic faculty of medical universities to discuss current issues in therapy and to promote the implementation of modern, evidence-based approaches. It is designed to facilitate knowledge exchange, enhance the qualifications of healthcare workers, integrate clinical guidelines into practice, and foster international scientific collaboration.

Significance of the Event: modern medicine demands continuous updating of knowledge and clinical competencies. This conference offers a unique platform for professional dialogue among physicians, researchers, educators, and healthcare administrators, thereby contributing to the improvement of primary health care services in Kazakhstan and beyond.
