Astana Medical University is hosting the second stage of the Republican Student Research Competition for the first time as the designated base university. This decision was made by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The competition involves individual students and student research teams from various universities across Kazakhstan who have successfully passed the first (intra-university) stage. This year, the competition includes four fields: General Medicine, Public Health, Pharmacy, and Pediatrics.

All submissions will be evaluated anonymously by leading scientists of the university. Winners and prize recipients will be awarded diplomas from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
