The Department of Human Anatomy named after Ashim Bulatovich Aubakirov held a Summer School on the topic “Topographic and Anatomical Justification of Clinical Symptoms and Syndromes”. The classes took place from June 2 to 13 and were aimed at an in-depth study of anatomy in a clinical context.
Associate Professors of the department, Candidates of Medical Sciences Nazym Aytenova and Lyazzat Rakhimova, worked with the students. Participants of the school studied how anatomical features are related to the manifestations of various diseases, and examined the structure of the head and neck, thoracic and abdominal cavities, pelvis, and limbs.
First- and third-year students took part in the school. Over the course of ten days, they not only expanded their knowledge of topographic anatomy but also strengthened their clinical thinking – a key skill for future medical practice.
The Summer School provided students with valuable experience and marked another step toward their professional development.
