We invite master's students of the "Public Health" program to take part in the international summer school organized by the School of Public Health at Sun Yat-sen University (Shenzhen campus), with participation from lecturers of the University of Copenhagen, Medical University, and other research institutions.

Language of instruction: English
Funding:
· Tuition fees are covered by the host institution
· Opportunity to apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship (CGS)
· Airfare is funded by NAO “Astana Medical University”
· Other expenses (meals, accommodation, local transportation, visa fees) are covered by the participants themselves
Eligibility:
· Master’s students of the “Public Health” program
· Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan
· GPA of 3.2 or higher (3.6 for reapplicants)
· No academic debts or disciplinary actions
· English proficiency: B2 level / IELTS 6.5
· Awards at Olympiads or conferences are an advantage

3. Signed motivation letter
4. Recommendation with signature
5. Two 3x4 cm photos
6. Copy of international passport
7. Academic transcript for the entire period of study (Bachelor’s, Internship, Residency, Master’s)
8. English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, confirmed by a valid international certificate (IELTS – 6.5) or a B2 certificate / proof of English proficiency issued by the educational institution.
Approximate expenses:
-Average cost of living in Shenzhen: ~22,000 KZT per day
-Expenses include: accommodation + meals + local and international travel
-The CGS grant (~290,165.97 KZT) partially offsets these costs
