The Chief Specialist of the Scientific Research Institute of Radiobiology and Radiation Protection at Astana Medical University, Mulkat Yelshenbek, has been selected as a winner of the international “Bolashak” scholarship under the “Scientific Internships” program.

Receiving this scholarship is a significant achievement and confirms a high level of professional training, scientific potential, and competitiveness at the international level.

Mulkat has been admitted to King’s College London (United Kingdom, London), which ranks 11th in the world in Life Sciences and Medicine. As part of the internship, she will receive training and conduct scientific research at a leading international scientific and educational center, as well as exchange experience with foreign specialists. The priority scientific field chosen by the winner is Life and Health Sciences: advanced research in medicine and public health, which will allow the implementation of new methods, development of innovative approaches, enhancement of international cooperation, and improvement of the quality of educational and scientific processes. The implementation of this focus will contribute to the integration of modern scientific approaches into the university’s educational and research activities.
