From 01 to 12 November this year, a seminar was held within the framework of the Young Teacher's School - "Teacher of the medical organization of education and Science". The seminar was attended by 24 young teachers from clinical and theoretical departments of the university. The organizer of the seminar is the Center for the transfer of educational and distance technologies. 

The main goal of the School of a Young teacher is the continuous professional pedagogical development of young personnel. It helps to ensure that a young teacher receives basic knowledge of the main key pedagogical competencies, learns to analyze the formation of his own skills, to realize creative potential in pedagogical activity.

Every year the School of a young teacher gathers more and more active young specialists. In three years, more than 200 people aged 25 to 40 years were trained.

For 2 weeks, young teachers studied and discussed a number of issues related to effective teaching methods, methods of assessing clinical competencies, communication between a doctor and a patient, a teacher and a student, personal self-presentation, research design and conducting scientific research in the field of medicine.

At the end of the seminar, each student received a certificate of advanced training.  Lecturers and organizers wished all students pedagogical and creative success. After all, every teacher has a difficult, but solvable task - "To be in time and be successful in the professional field." "To be effective here and now, interesting for your student"!
