On the basis of pre-concluded agreements, in the period from October 25 to November 05, 2021, between the Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yesenov and Astana Medical University conducted internal academic mobility between teachers of the Departments of International Relations and Tourism and Social and Humanitarian Sciences. During the lessons, the teachers exchanged experiences, demonstrated innovative teaching methods. During the classes, technical means were used, supported by visual, visual materials. The teachers tried to activate the participation of students in the discussion of topical issues, creating a creative atmosphere and thereby involving them in the research process.

Academic mobility, conducted in order to improve the quality of education and improve the effectiveness of classes, was performed by teachers of the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities: Associate Professor Zh.I. Daulbaeva, senior teachers G.I. Rakhimova, B.T. Kalmenova, B.H. Rakhimzhanova, M.B. Bektaeva. The teachers conducted seminars on the topic "Typologies and perspectives of the family".

In turn, colleagues of the Department of International Relations and Tourism of the KSUTI named after Sh. Yesenova conducted practical classes on the topic "Education and social inequality" among students of the Faculty of OM.

All classes were compiled on the basis of a calendar-thematic plan and conducted on the basis of an "Online" format through the Zoom platform.

The academic mobility program provides great opportunities for improving the experience and expanding the knowledge of both the teaching staff and students.

It was agreed on the further development of the internal academic mobility of the department.
