Master class on the topic: "Organization of medical care for the wounded with a combined injury of the maxillofacial region at the stages of medical evacuation with an imitation game" was held recently by the Department of Surgery with courses of cardiothoracic and maxillofacial surgery.

The event was held within the framework of the interdepartmental conference "Integration for Life" in Kokshetau.

The integration of interdepartmental interactions of emergency response in emergency situations is an important component for the rescue of victims. The lack of a proven algorithm of actions between rescuers, doctors and paramedics and other participants of emergency liquidators can lead to unjustified human losses.

Therefore, the master class was carried out in the order of implementation of the developed algorithms of the educational program on maxillofacial surgery with residents of 1 and 3 years of training. The plot was created: "In the zone of a nuclear explosion, the lower jaw of a fighter was wounded by shrapnel." The performers were assigned a task scheduled by time: to provide medical assistance at the stages of evacuation of the wounded. It should be noted that the conference participants were also doctors and emergency medical workers, students.

The main report was read by leader of the National Medical Association of Kazakhstan, winner of the medal "Golden Doctor", Labor veteran, Excellent healthcare worker, Professor of the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery and Surgery Batyrov T.U., Zhakanov T.V. (Department of Surgery with courses of cardiothoracic and maxillofacial surgery).

The master class was held using story-role-playing games (performers are residents of the ChLH - Beisen Sh.A., Seitzadinova K.E., Murzabaev T.K.) with the participation of students of the higher medical college of Kokshetau - the head of Makhmetova G.K., on the basis of the Kokshetau Higher Medical College.

Following the results of the event, the participants and organizers came to a common conclusion - holding such plot-role-playing games with the development of new scenarios is relevant in the training of doctors and paramedics to work in possible emergencies in the future.
