On June 1, 2022, an inclusive kindergarten will open in Nur-Sultan on the initiative of Astana Medical University
2022 has been declared the Year of Children. Inclusive Kindergarten is the first unique joint project for children with special needs, who will receive medical and rehabilitation assistance from the faculty of Astana Medical University.
The team has the opportunity to introduce modern pedagogical and rehabilitation methods in accordance with national and international standards. This will ensure the proper level of convenience, safety and comfort for children with special needs.
All over the world, students of medical universities spend almost most of their training time in clinics from the first year. A joint project with the participation of a kindergarten will expand the list of clinical bases, improve the quality of medical education, and provide training for talented doctors with additional competence to help children at the level of preschool organizations.
The initiative of the Astana Medical University to create an inclusive kindergarten on the basis of the existing one was supported by the Akimat of Nur-Sultan.
The opening ceremony will be attended by Deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Larisa Pavlovna Pavlovets, Vice-rector of the Medical University Bakhyt Nurgalievna Kosherova, teaching staff and university staff.
The attractiveness of this project for the capital
is the provision of comprehensive psychological, medical and pedagogical assistance for children with speech disorders, autism spectrum disorders, central nervous system, learning difficulties, communication, behavior.
Attractiveness of the project for the university:
Clinical base for practical training of doctors of physical medicine and rehabilitation, kinesiotherapists, neuropathologists, surdologists, pediatricians, occupational therapists, for the development and implementation of new methods in rehabilitation, nutrition for preschool children.
