Graduated from the Karaganda State Medical Institute with a degree in «Medical and Preventive care» with qualifications as a hygiene and epidemiology.

Scientific publication: more than 50 printed scientific works.

Awards: badge of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Densaulyk saktau isinin uzdigi» (2013), anniversary medal «Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan 25 years» (2016), medal «Halyk algysy» (2020), anniversary medal «Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan 30 years» (2021).
