Academic mobility

Self-funded academic mobility program for the spring semester of the 2019-2020 academic year.

Within the framework of the agreements signed between NJSC "Astana Medical University" and partner universities, a program of academic mobility of students for the spring semester of the 2019-2020 academic year with self-financing was opened  .

Who can participate:

• bachelors 3-4 course,
• interns - 6 course;
• residents - 2.3 years of study;
• undergraduates - 1-2 course
• doctoral students - 1-2 course
• GPA not less than 2.67.

Financial conditions:

• training is free of charge, but some universities are an exception (see the list of partner universities);
• costs are covered by the Participants themselves, including accommodation, meals, travel costs, visa and medical insurance.

Required documents:

• completed form (link - https://forms.gle/RnsUn1Zc8EVJw2696);
• color copy of the passport (pdf format);
• transcript in 3 languages ​​(kaz, rus and english, pdf format), ordered in DSP (1st floor, main building);
• certificate of language proficiency at the B2 level (pdf format, depending on the language of instruction at the partner university);
• curriculum for the second semester of the 2019-2020 academic year (inquire at the department)

Scanned copies of all documents must be sent to e-mail:  iro@amu.kz (indicate name and direction in the subject line) by  December 10, 2019 (inclusive).

University selection procedure:

1. Ask the department for the curriculum for the second semester of the 2019-2020 academic year (RUP).
2. Select three universities (by priority) from the list, print the disciplines for the spring semester on the website of your chosen university.
3. Check the difference in subjects with the advisor / head. department.
