Admission process

- Enrollment in training under a state educational grant from the date of release of the results of the competition for the award of an educational grant until August 24.

- Enrollment for training on a paid basis: August 17-24.

Step 1. You must register in the Platonus University information system by following the link pl.amu.kz.

Step 2. Submit documents to the University Admissions Committee by August 24.

Step 3. Pay for training (if enrolled in paid training).

Step 4. Sign an agreement for the provision of educational services.

List of documents for enrollment

1) an application addressed to the Rector of the University in the prescribed form;

2) document on education, application (certificate/diploma) (original, copy);

3) identification document (original, copy);

4) UNT certificate (if available, printed from the NCT website);

5) photo 3 x 4 (6 pieces, cut and sign full name and specialty);

6) medical certificate in form 075/у (original and copy), fluorography image, form 063-U (vaccination card copy);

7) an extract from the statement of passing the psychometric exam (for applicants for the educational programs “Medicine”, “Pediatrics”, “Nursing”, “Kinesitherapy”, “Occupational Therapy”, “Dentistry”, “Medical and Preventive Care”) (printed form);

8) a certificate confirming the level of English language proficiency (if available, original, copy);

9) documents confirming the pre-emptive right for (if available, original, copy):

- holders of altyn beli, certificate with honors, diploma with honors, badge of distinction for patriotism and active citizenship,

- winners of international Olympiads and competitions of scientific projects (scientific competitions) in general education subjects (awarded with diplomas of the first, second and third degree), international and republican competitions of performers and sports competitions (awarded with diplomas of the first, second and third degree) of the last three years, the list of which is determined by the authorized body in the field of education, as well as the winners of the presidential, republican olympiads and competitions of scientific projects in general education subjects (awarded with diplomas of the first, second and third degree) of the current academic year, provided that their chosen specialty corresponds to the subject of the Olympiad, competition or sports competition,

- persons with documents on technical and vocational, post-secondary education, who have confirmed their qualifications and have at least one year of work experience in the specialty, additionally submit one of the documents provided for in article 35 of the Labor Code Republic of Kazakhstan;

10) documents confirming the granting of a pre-emptive right and a quota for:

- citizens from among persons with disabilities of the first or second group, persons with disabilities since childhood, children with disabilities who, according to a medical opinion, are not contraindicated to study in relevant educational organizations;

- veterans of military operations on the territory of other states, veterans equated by benefits to veterans of the Great Patriotic War;

- citizens from among rural youth for training in educational programs that determine the socio-economic development of the village;

- persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- orphans and children left without parental care, as well as citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan from among young people who have lost or remained without parental care until adulthood;

- citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan from among rural youth moving to the regions determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- children from families with four or more minor children;

- children from single-parent families who have this status for at least three years;

- children from families raising children with disabilities since childhood, persons with disabilities of the first or second group.

11) certificate of award of an educational grant (if available);

12) registration certificate (for young men, original and copy);

13) contract for the provision of educational services;

14) payment receipt (if enrolled in paid training);

15) A4 envelope;

16) paper folder.

DOCUMENTS ARE ACCEPTED OFFLINE

Applicants under the age of 18 are accepted with a parent or legal guardian. In the absence of one of the parents or guardians, those accompanying the applicant must provide a notarized power of attorney from the parent or legal guardian.
