Stage I – Submission of documents to the admissions committee

List of required documents

1) an application addressed to the Rector of the University in the prescribed form;

2) document of education (original);

3) identity document (required for identification);

4) 6 photo cards measuring 3 x 4 centimeters;

5) a medical certificate in the form 075/y in electronic format, approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. KR DSM-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory legal Acts under No. 21579)

6) extract from the statement on passing the psychometric exam (for applicants for educational programs "Nursing", "Kinesitherapy", "Occupational Therapy", "Dentistry", «Мedical and preventive care»);

7) Persons who have documents on technical and vocational, post-secondary education, who have confirmed their qualifications and have at least one year of work experience in the specialty, additionally submit one of the documents provided for in Article 35 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The admission committee of the University verifies the authenticity of all documents and the conformity of the education received by the applicant for admission to a specific educational program.

 

Stage II – Passing the psychometric exam

Admission of students in the educational programs «Nursing», «Kinesitherapy», «Ergotherapy», «Dentistry», «medical and preventive care» is carried out taking into account the results of a special exam in the form of a Psychometric exam, which can be passed at any medical university of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Psychometric testing is evaluated in the form of «ADMISSION» or «NON–ADMISSION».

The results of psychometric testing are announced on the day of the event.

According to the results of psychometric testing, the applicant is issued an extract from the admission statement for presentation to medical universities, regardless of the place of passing a special exam.

To register for participation in the psychometric exam, the applicant submits the following documents to the University admissions Committee:

1) a document on general secondary or technical and vocational, post-secondary education (original and copy);

2) 2 photo cards measuring 3 x 4 centimeters;

3) a copy of the identity document;

4) a copy of the document confirming the presence of one of the sports categories and (or) sports titles established by paragraph 1 of Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2014 "On Physical Culture and Sports" (if any).

 

Stage III – Passing the entrance exam

Stage IV– Admission to the university

Enrollment of applicants as University students on a paid basis is carried out by the University Admissions Committee from the moment the results of the competition for paid education are announced until August 25 of the calendar year for studying in Kazakh, Russian or English.

 

List of documents for enrollment:

 

1) application for enrollment in the name of the Rector of the University in the prescribed form;

2) a document on technical and vocational, post-secondary or higher education (original);

3) identity document (original and copy);

4) 6 photo cards measuring 3 x 4 centimeters;

5) a medical certificate in the form 075/y in electronic format, approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. KR DSM-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory legal Acts under No. 21579).

In cases of restrictive measures, the introduction of a state of emergency, the occurrence of social, natural and man-made emergencies in a certain territory, a medical certificate is provided directly to the educational organization as these measures are withdrawn;

6) an extract from the statement on passing the psychometric exam (for applicants for educational programs "Nursing", "Kinesitherapy", "Occupational Therapy", "Dentistry", «Мedical and preventive care»);

7) persons who have documents on technical and vocational, post-secondary education, who have confirmed their qualifications and have at least one year of work experience in the specialty, additionally submit one of the documents provided for in Article 35 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

8) agreement on paid provision of educational services.
