for transfer to the specialties of bachelor's degree at NAO MUA

from other medical universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Application addressed to the head of the host university; 
2. Application addressed to the head of the university where the student is studying;
3. Transcript;
4. Passport (notarized copy);
5. Secondary school graduation certificate;
6. Extract from the electronic journal indicating disciplines and current grades;
7. 2 photos 3x4.

ALL OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS ARE SENDING IN A SCANNED FORM (PDF FORMAT)

If an incomplete package of documents is provided, the application of the applicant is not considered by the transfer commission !!!
