Collaborative Culture Department (hereinafter - CCD) of Astana Medical University is a structural unit of the Student Rectorate responsible for developing students' cultural and social competencies. The department organizes events aimed at fostering civic engagement, strengthening interpersonal connections, and promoting tolerance and cultural exchange.
CCD Purpose:
To create conditions for the development, enhancement, and support of students' leadership and organizational qualities to increase their social responsibility and active participation in university life. The goal is to cultivate a well-rounded, morally mature, socially adapted, highly professional, and creative individual.
CCD Tasks:
1. Formation of students' citizenship, patriotism, tolerance, and national identity based on state ideology.
2. Development of legal, psychological, moral, ethical, and aesthetic culture; enhancing students' communication culture, instilling universal ethical standards, medical ethics norms, negotiation culture, compromise skills, and behavioral culture.
3. Formation and development of creative activity foundations.
4. Instilling an awareness, responsibility, and active participation in university and national public life among students.
5. Developing teamwork and project management skills among students.
6. Cultivating basic and advanced competencies in communication, organizational, and analytical skills among students.
7. Motivating students to actively participate in academic, scientific, and social life at the university.
8. Organizing events to strengthen student unity and improve the social climate.
9. Organizing cultural, sports, and volunteer events to enhance students' social engagement.
