Formation story
Chair is a graduate of the Chair and carries out work aimed at training specialists with theoretical and practical training, professional knowledge, abilities and skills, meeting the requirements of ГОСО 2017 MH KR specialty "General practice" specialty "Family Medicine".
The Chair provides educational, methodical, scientific research, medical and advisory work on the main sections of discipline "General practice", as well as for elective disciplines: "Organization, legislative aspects and pressing questions of pediatrics in the work of general practioner", " Questions of gastroenterology, rheumatology in the work of general practitioners", " Questions of hematology, endocrinology and dermato-venerology", actual problems of rheumatology in the work of general practitioners", «childhood illness», similarly on the module of electives disciplines: «actual questions of work of general practitioners are in pediatrics practice», «Organization, and conduct of medical documentation on a pediatric area», «communication skills GP in work with children’s», « Differential diagnostics of child’s infectious diseases in GP», «Actual questions out- patient child’s surgery» for interns of 7 course.
Since 2012, at the Chair are trained residents in "Rheumatology" and masters on a specialty "Medicine".
In the 2014-2015 school year prepared 120 medical interns in the specialty "general practitioner", 4 resident in "Rheumatology" and 2 undergraduates on specialty "Medicine".
In the 2015-2016 school year at the Chair prepared 157 medical interns and 8 residents in "Rheumatology".
In the 2016-2017 academic year at the Chair trained 349 medical interns 7 course and 5 residents of the 1st and 2nd year students, 1 undergraduate on specialty "Medicine".
In the 2017-2018 academic year at the Chair trained 252 medical interns 7 course and 8 residents of the 1st and 2nd year students, 2 undergraduate on specialty "Medicine".
Goals
- ensuring the training of qualified, competitive specialists - general practitioners (family doctor), who meet the requirements of a professional educational standard, possess the required amount of knowledge, skills and practical skills for conducting preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitation measures independently.
- development of corporate culture and a culture of quality,
- introduction of innovative technologies to improve quality,
- development of the material and technical base and ensuring the efficient use of resources.

The joint work of teachers and practitioners at clinical sites allows for the integrated operation of health facilities and expanding access interns, residents and graduate students in the clinic.

Activity
The main directions of the medical activities of the Chair:
- Conducting ambulatory patients receiving;
- Supervision of patients in day care clinics;
- Provide advice to doctors on the medical-diagnostic issues;
- Bypassing the professors and participate in formal care conferences in the analysis of critically ill patients;
- At clinical sites seminars, lectures and workshops for physicians;
- To conduct an independent examination of outpatient medical records for quality of care, efficiency of the clinical examination, the correctness of accounting and reporting documentation.

In the 2016-2017 academic year, the Chair trained 349 interns of 7 courses and 5 residents in the specialty "Rheumatology" and 1 undergraduate in the specialty "Medicine".
In the 2017-2018 academic year, the Chair trained 252 7-year interns and 2 residents in the specialty "Rheumatology", 1 undergraduate in the specialty "Medicine", 6 residents in the specialty "Rheumatology" and 1 undergraduate in the specialty "Medicine" are trained.
In the academic year 2018-2019, 210 interns of the 6th and 7th courses and 6 residents of the 2nd year of study in the specialty "Rheumatology", 2 undergraduates in the specialty "Medicine" and 1 doctoral student in the specialty "Medicine" are trained at the Chair.
In the 2019-2020 academic year, 136 interns of the 6th and 7th courses, 2 residents of the 1st year of study in the specialty "Rheumatology", 28 residents of the 1st year of study in the specialty "Family Medicine", 2 undergraduates in the specialty " Medicine ”, 1 doctoral student in the specialty“ Medicine ”.

Achievements
The Chair provides practical medical advice to the population of the city.
Studying at the Chair, interns have the opportunity to carry out daily outpatient adults, children, adolescents, and pregnant women, in charge of the patients in the day hospital and hospital at home, visit the sick at home, to carry out the primary patronage of postpartum women, to participate in rounds associate professors and professors, thematic clinical analyzes of patients to attend clinical conferences, conduct preventive and health education among adults, older children and their parents to participate in the "school health", in screening programs, immunization, working procedurally, X-ray rooms, office of functional diagnostics on filter, in the emergency room.
In the learning process the Chair staff introduced a variety of innovative teaching methods and techniques of control of knowledge and skills of interns:
