Dear colleagues,
We are pleased to have you in the Master Class on “Applying service design in the development of nursing services in Kazakhstan” which will be held in Nur-Sultan, AMU, Beibitshilik street 49/A, Kazakhstan, on 26th - 30th September 2022. The program of the Master Class is below for your kind attention. The Master Class is part of the AccelEd project (“Accelerating Master and PhD Level Nursing Education Development in the Higher Education System in Kazakhstan”), which is co-funded by the EU through the Erasmus+, which implements innovative projects to increase capacity and reform higher education. The master class is organized by the Karaganda Medical University and the Jamk University of Applied Sciences, with the support and assistance of the National Project Coordinator of the Astana Medical University
The Master Class is organized for the academic staff of medical universities nursing faculty and their university hospital clinics staff, chief nurses, head nurses and Master and PhD students as well as higher medical colleges nursing faculty. Translation into Russian language will be provided.
The master class is aimed at sharing the results of the service design projects implemented in the Medical Universities of Kazakhstan, as well as sharing experience in implementing and improving the nursing services. Another goal is to educate Kazakhstani experts by teaching nursing service design methodology based on the client's point of view and in collaboration with practice and end users.
