Students of Astana Medical University have chosen their student rector by voting. He became Aidos Burkutov, a 4th year student of the educational program "Medicine". The choice is not accidental - he is an activist, a member of KazMSA, a player of the university football team.

At the meeting of the rector with the youth activists, the students told about their participation in the public life of the university, about the creation of the student dean's office, about how they interact with the Center for Youth and Sports.

Rector K.T.Kadyrov noted how important feedback with students , he point out how important each student's opinion on the quality of education - the rector learns about this through QR codes that are equipped with university classrooms.

Kamalzhan Talgatovich urge on activists to take an active part in the development of youth policy and the involvement of students in the processes taking place at the university, in discussing and resolving any issues.

The parties agreed that student self-government is a non-opposition, not a society of maximalists making demands by means of petitions and posts on social networks, it is a community of people interested and striving to make their alma-mater better.
