An application for reserving places in a dormitory is submitted ONLY AFTER REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION of the student’s admission by the University Admissions Committee.

To apply for a dormitory, first-year students must submit paper documents to the Student and Employee Service Center, located at 35 Zhenis Ave. (reading room).

List of documents:

1. A copy of the receipt for acceptance of documents for enrollment;

2. Copy of ID;

3. Copy of fluorography;

4. Copy of certificate form - 063;

5. Copy of certificate form - 075;

6. Copies of documents confirming the benefit (if available);

7. The cost of living in a hostel is 17,000 tenge per month, 153,000 tenge for 9 months (from September to May inclusive).

Payment can be made through the Kaspi application, payments, education, NJSC “Astana Medical University”, appointment “Student accommodation in a dormitory”.

8. File.

Check-in to the dormitory will take place from August 25 to August 31, 2024, following a referral issued by the Student and Employee Service Center.
