International Nurses Day is celebrated annually around the world on May 12.
The event highlights the vital role of nurses in the healthcare system.

In 2019, the Faculty and Department of Nursing were established at Astana Medical University.

Since its foundation, 110 students have graduated from the faculty with a Bachelor of Public Health in Nursing. All graduates have achieved 100% employment.

Currently, 119 undergraduate students are studying in the Nursing program at Astana Medical University, along with 1 master's student and 5 doctoral students in the specialty «Nursing Science».
