Наименование должности Ведущий специалист (архив) департамента контроля, документооборота и развития государственного языка
Основные должностные обязанности 1) ведение делопроизводства в Университете согласно правилам документирования и управления документацией и использования систем электронного документооборота;
2) участие в проверке правильности формирования и оформления дел при их передаче в архив Университета от структурных подразделений;
3) участие в организации работы по ведению архивного дела в Университете;
4) организация хранения и обеспечения сохранности документов, поступивших в архив Университета;
5) принятие в архив и регистрация поступивших на хранение от структурных подразделений документов, законченных делопроизводством;
6) осуществление выдачи дел из архива структурным подразделениям Университета (при необходимости) во временное пользование, контроль их возврата в архив;
7) участие в обеспечении подготовки сводной описи единиц постоянного и временного сроков хранения, а также акты для передачи документов на государственное хранение, на списание и уничтожение материалов, сроки хранения которых истекли;
8) участие в работе по экспертизе научной и практической ценности архивных документов;
9) обеспечение рационального размещения, учета и сохранности архивных документов в архиве Университета;
10) обеспечение сохранности и эффективное использование имущества архива;
11) обеспечение соблюдений режимов и норм хранения архивных документов, установленных в законодательстве РК;
12) ведение работы по учету и розыску необнаруженных дел, оформление результатов этих работ;
13) проведение работы по обеспечению температурно-влажностного режима архива Университета;
14) обеспечение соблюдения правил пожарной безопасности и режима охраны в архиве Университета;
15) участие во внедрении в архиве Университета автоматизированных технологий;
16) участие в разработке положений, инструкций, порядка по ведению делопроизводства и организации архивного дела;
17) участие и контроль архивной обработки дел, прошивке документов;
18) контроль за правильным формированием, хранением и своевременной сдачей дел в архив Университета номенклатурных дел.
Образование Высшее образование 
Требуемый профессиональный опыт со стажем работы по направлению деятельности архива или делопроизводства не менее одного года или средне-специальное образование и стаж работы по направлению деятельности архива или делопроизводства не менее двух лет

Chief Specialist of the Science Development Department

NJSC "Astana Medical University" is looking for a qualified employee for the position of chief specialist of the Department for the Development of Science:

Duties:
1) participation in the formation of proposals for the Strategic Plan and Development Plan of the University for research activities within their competence;
2) participation in the preparation of documents submitted to the University Board meeting;
3) preparation of reporting and analytical materials on the University's research activities within its competence, including for the interim and calendar year;
4) updating and preparing information on research activities within their competence on the website and official social networks of the University;
5) analyze the existing needs for training and develop a Competency Improvement Plan in R&D;
6) organize and conduct scientific seminars on in-demand NIS competencies for University employees within their competence;
7) supporting the scientific internships of University scientists in leading foreign scientific and academic centers;
8) assistance in the formation of an effective infrastructure for the university's R&D;
9) assistance in the accreditation and certification of the University's scientific and laboratory base in accordance with national and international standards (ISO standard, GLP standard, etc.);
10) promoting the licensing and accreditation of expert, scientific and (or) scientific-technical activities;
11) planning, preparing, and conducting international and republican scientific conferences, symposiums, and drawing up long-term and annual plans;
12) implementation of scientific relations, cooperation with domestic and foreign organizations within the framework of priority areas for the development of the University's research activities;
13) search for sources of financing for research projects;
14) advisory and methodological assistance to university employees on the preparation of applications for participation in competitions for financing scientific research; preparation of reports on scientific research;
15) organization of the preparation of applications for participation in competitions for the financing of scientific research;
16) organization of work on concluding contracts for conducting financed scientific research;
17) organization of interaction between university departments in the implementation of financed scientific research;
18) organization of the work of temporary scientific collectives in accordance with the Regulations on temporary scientific collectives;
19) control over the fulfillment of contractual obligations for research work performed by the University, including contracts for program-targeted and grant financing, contracts with foreign and domestic organizations, etc.;
20) scientific support of research programs and projects;
21) organization of the preparation and submission to the customers of reports on scientific research, including through the system of JSC "NSGNTE";
22) creation and/or updating of the university profile on online platforms and other scientific and technical information resources ("National Center for Scientific and Technical Expertise" JSC, Astana Hub, etc.);
23) collection, analysis, and storage of information on the University's scientific and metrological indicators;
24) assistance in expanding access to authoritative databases and software products (for statistical analysis, plagiarism testing, etc.);
25) verification of written scientific works (monographs, scientific and methodological manuals, methodological recommendations, teaching aids, research applications and reports, etc.) for the presence of plagiarism;
26) consultation of University employees on working with international scientific and metrological databases;
27) verification and confirmation of the Hirsch index of University employees entitled to additional payments for indicators of scientific research and publication activity;
28) collection of applications from the teaching staff for incentive payments for publications in accordance with the requirements of internal regulatory documents (IND);
29) analysis of scientific-metric databases (publication impact factor, Hirsch index, etc.), determining the reliability of information provided for publications in peer-reviewed journals;
30) advising University employees on issues of compiling descriptions of proposed inventions and submitting applications for them;
31) assistance in the processing and submission of documents for protection documents (patents for inventions, industrial designs, and utility models);
32) revision of existing patents for maintenance in order to further commercialize them;
33) promotes and organizes work on the commercialization of the results of scientific and (or) scientific-technical activities (hereinafter - RNRTD) and others;
34) facilitates and organizes work on concluding licensing agreements for the commercialization of RNRNT;
35) collection of applications for incentive payments for patents in accordance with the requirements of the NLW;
36) assistance in the information support of international cooperation in the field of intellectual property;
37) ensuring the work of the editorial board of the scientific publication;
38) ensuring compliance with editorial policy, publication ethics, and review policy;
39) ensuring the timely publication of the scientific publication;
40) maintaining the editorial portfolio of a scientific publication (reception, referral for review, quality control after revision, review, correspondence with reviewers and authors on emerging issues (referral for revision, justified refusals, etc.);
41) updating the website of the scientific publication (updating information, placing issues), developing the website of the journal that meets modern world requirements;
42) involvement in cooperation of authors, reviewers, members of the editorial board from Kazakhstani and foreign organizations;
43) verification of articles for plagiarism;
44) ensuring the inclusion of scientific publications in the list of publications recommended for publication of scientific results, the republican citation database, and international citation databases (DOAJ, RICS, Web of Science, Scopus, etc.);
45) ensuring the collection of conference materials and the publication of collections.

Candidate requirements:

- higher education, academic degree and/or the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty, scientific works;
- work experience of at least 3 years in scientific, healthcare, and educational organizations;
- knowledge of Kazakh, Russian, English languages.

A person who has expressed a desire to participate in the competition, within the deadlines for accepting documents specified in the announcement, shall submit the following documents to the University in person or by mail:
