NJSC «Astana Medical University» is searching for a qualified employee for the position of a specialist in the department of magistracy and doctoral studies.
Responsibilities:
- coordination of the work of departments on the training of undergraduates and PhD doctoral students;
- control of the progress of undergraduates and PhD doctoral students;
- control of attendance of master's and PhD students;
- drawing up orders on expulsion, transfer from course to course, on academic leave of undergraduates, PhD doctoral students;
- control over the passage of pedagogical, research/industrial practice of undergraduates and PhD doctoral students;
- work with incoming, outgoing and internal correspondence of the Department;
- preparation and execution of outgoing correspondence of the Department, official responses to requests within the competence of the Department
Requirements:
- higher education;
- total work experience of at least 1 year in healthcare and education organizations

- responsibility, attentiveness, organization;
- discipline;
- readiness for training and development.
Terms:

Work schedule 5/2, from 8.30 to 17.30;
