Responsibilities:
- Organization and coordination of the work of the department on methodological support and organizational support in the field of higher, postgraduate medical education;
- Development and implementation of organizational methods and standards for educational activities of healthcare institutions;
- Preparation of proposals and recommendations to improve the organization of health professional training;
- Analysis and evaluation of current organizational and methodological processes, development of plans for their optimization;
- Organizing and conducting seminars, trainings, operational meetings and other activities to improve the quality of medical education;
- Preparation of reports and analytical materials on the results of the department's activities;
- Interaction with other health units and institutions on issues related to organizational and methodological support;
- Development and implementation of organizational methods and standards for educational activities of healthcare institutions;
- Preparation of proposals and recommendations to improve the organization of health professional training;
- Analysis and evaluation of current organizational and methodological processes, development of plans for their optimization;
- Organizing and conducting seminars, trainings, operational meetings and other activities to improve the quality of medical education;
- Preparation of reports and analytical materials on the results of the department's activities;
- Interaction with other health units and institutions on issues related to organizational and methodological support;
- Participation in the development and implementation of documents, including instructions, regulations and other regulatory documents;
- Ensuring timely provision of information and reporting to management;
- Organize the development of educational programs in accordance with the European, national and industry qualifications framework, professional standards and the needs of domestic and foreign labor markets;
- Develop approaches to the development of the system of Kazakhstani higher and postgraduate education in accordance with the national framework of qualifications, industry framework of qualifications and professional standards;
- Ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards;
- Monitoring the implementation of new organizational and methodological solutions, as well as assessing their effectiveness.
- Higher education;
- Academic degree;
- Experience in health care/medical education bodies and organizations for at least 5 years, including at least 2 years in senior positions;
- Interaction with international companies is an advantage;
- Knowledge of the state language;
- Confident user of PC, Outlook mail.
