On March 15, 2022, a meeting of graduates of the university and representatives of the health department, heads of medical organizations of North Kazakhstan, Akmola, Kostanay regions and the city of Nur-Sultan took place at the NAO "Astana Medical University".

The meeting was opened by the Vice-rector for Clinical Work of the NAO "Astana Medical University" Kosherova Bakhyt Nurgalievna with a welcoming speech. From the health departments spoke:

- Rustemova Aliya Shaizadaevna - Head of the Public Health Department of the city of Nur-Sultan;

- Syzdykov Nariman Ermekovich - Head of the Health Department of Akmola region;

- Zhumabayeva Zaure Yerkinovna - Head of the Department for Human Resources Management and Development of the State Institution "Health Department of the Akimat of Kostanay region";

- Kusemisov Kumar Tleuboldyuly - Deputy Head of the Health Department of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan region.

Then there were presentations and speeches by representatives of health departments, chief physicians and directors of hospitals and polyclinics, as well as private medical organizations.

The meeting was attended by 102 employers who conducted career guidance work to clarify and communicate information on employment issues, namely, concluded contracts, issued petitions, answered questions about working out grants from local executive bodies, lifting, social package and other issues. More than 400 graduates participated in this event.

Graduates who have decided to go to work out grants in the regions will have the opportunity to take the following support measures:

North Kazakhstan region:

- grants for residency training;

Rural area:

- 2,500,000 tenge at the expense of local executive bodies;

- 1,000,000 tenge at the expense of the medical organization's own funds;

- 4,594,500 tenge budget loan for the purchase of housing;

- 306,300 tenge program "With a diploma to the village!";

- payment of 50% of rental housing;

- additional payment of 25% for work in rural areas;

- provision of departmental housing;

Urban area:

- 1 500 000 tenge at the expense of local executive bodies;

- 1,000,000 tenge at the expense of the medical organization's own funds;

- 612,600 from the city akimat;

- payment of 50% of rental housing;

- provision of free housing in the "Doctor's House".

Akmola region:

- from 1,000,000 tenge at the expense of local executive bodies;

- a married couple for each 1,000,000 tenge;

- additional payments to the official salary;

- reimbursement of utility costs;

- provision of a hostel;

- social security payments of rental payments;

- allocation of places in kindergartens;

- employment of a spouse;

- grants for residency training.

Rural area:

- additional payment of 25% for work in rural areas;

- 306,300 tenge program "With a diploma to the village!" ;

- 4,594,500 tenge budget loan for the purchase of housing;

Urban area:

- provision of housing for medical workers in Kokshetau.

Kostanay region:

- The average salary of a doctor is 462,000 tenge;

- 50 grants for residency training;

Rural area:

- from 2,000,000 to 5,000,000 tenge at the expense of local executive bodies;

- according to the program "With a diploma to the village", lifting 306,300 tenge (100 MCI) and a preferential loan for the purchase of housing 4,594,500 tenge (1,500 MCI);

Urban area:

- from 1,500,000 to 3,500,000 tenge at the expense of local executive bodies;

- payments at the expense of the medical organization's own funds;

- payment of rental housing.
